Winter is only weeks away
Winter is just around the corner! It’s getting colder in Big Bear with overnight lows as little as 20 degrees. NWS is calling for a strong possibility of an El Nino winter, which could mean a long winter with lots of snow! We usually open for winter fun mid to late November, once the conditions are right for snowmaking, we can be open from top-to-bottom in as little as two to three days. We’ll announce our expected open date when we begin snowmaking.
