This has been a storm of epic proportions. Big Bear Mountain Resorts is seriously the place to be. We’ve got 5 feet of fresh pow, majestic mountain and lake views, bright blue sunny skies and features galore! It is like heaven on earth! Although it may take extra time getting here, the conditions are well worth the drive. As of 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 24th, road conditions are as follows:

Hwy 330/18 from San Bernardino is OPEN with chains required on all vehicles except four wheel drives with snow tires.

Hwy 18 through Lucerne Valley is OPEN with chains required on all vehicles except four wheel drives with snow tires.

Hwy 38 from Redlands is CLOSED. The expected open date is sometime Monday.
