Feeling Inspired?
With the Winter Olympics going on up in Vancouver, and a majority of the snowboard events happening this week, now is the time to come up to Bear Mountain and sharpen those skills. Half-pipe is in primo condition for some big air time! Silver Mountain- Chair 4, and Bear Peak- Chair 8 are groomed nightly, so practice those sweeping carves and tucked body positions like the PGS pros do.
Starting today is the Men’s Snowboarder Cross, with finals beginning at 2PM. This is sure to be a nail biting competition so be sure to tune in and watch these talented international riders. In addition to this race, many other snowboarding events will be taking place this week. Click HERE to check out the 2010 Winter Olympics Snowboard schedule. Last but not least, don’t forget to break out that USA gear and American flags; from Shaun White to the come-back kid Lindsey Jacobellis, this year’s team is sure to bring home some golds!
