I’m sure everyone has seen mimi’s cookie bar stickers plastered all over the place including on some of our pro rider’s snowboards. Well if you’ve ever tasted a Mimi’s cookie you know how scrumptious they are and how you can’t eat just one. Mimi grew up in the snowboarding industry and spends a lot of her free time riding at Bear, and a lot of her good friends are pro riders such as our very own Clayton Shoemaker and Zak Hale. My favorite part of her bakery is that you can actually buy these cookies on her website like the Pat Lynch Signature Cookie which is drenched with coconut, caramel, and chocolate chips, and all of the ingredients are organic because she believes “if anyone should be GREEN it should be snowboarders.” Mmmm… Maybe Mimi will bake a Bear Mountain Signature cookie.
