Waiting For Winter
The stormy weather has everyone excited for winter to come and we’re ready to make snow just as soon as the weather stays nice-n-cold. We could begin snowmaking early this week which would bring us a step closer to the snowboard season however the actual opening date is still unknown. Park Staff spent all last week working on The Scene II on Upper Park Run adding in a 1/4 pipe, and some rails in the trees. They also installed the permanent stairs featured at HDHR. Everyone is working hard on projects like these to be ready for you to enjoy this winter season.

its cold enough to make snow right now
rrrrg ure killin me! i wanna snowboard ASAP and you guys are my favorite place, but mountain high is planning on opening real soon so i guess ill just have to go there instead :/
im getting butterflys already… i was recovering from a brocken leg (compound fracture tib/fib) last season and only got to ride 3 times and on the 3 time i was feeling really good @ Snow Summit so i hit the jumps, came up 2ft short and broke my knee… last year was a bad year so im looking forward to a good/successful season. keep up the good work
