We just wrapped up the Arbor Face Off event and it was a winner! Almost 100 competitors came out for today’s event, and they were all killing it. We’re definitely seeing more and more talented riders coming through our contest scene and we are nothing less then stoked. Today’s jam was a little different than our usual jams in the fact that the finals was a giant game of SNOW. For those of you who have no idea what SNOW is, it’s the snowboarding version of the game PIG or HORSE. Everyone was hyped on this format, not only because it is different, but because there is a clear cut winner, no BSn’. Local boy, Erik Leon was the man to take it to the end. He smashed through nearly 90 competitors, making him 600 bucks richer. Not bad for a 16 year old… In second we had another local boy, Brendon Krainer. Brendon shreds Bear on the regular and you can check his Kookster videos out on our Facebook. In third, it was Chris Sovich; killing ‘em with his 270 game.
