Well it’s the first day of Spring and it’s snowing!  Winter is not going away just yet. We have recieved a dusting overnight and there much more forecasted for this afternoon into tomorrow.

Road Update: CHP is currently reporting a downed tree on Hwy 38 near Bear City, a detour is available with minor delays.

Hwy 18 the back way through Lucerne Valley, Hwy 38 through Redlands and Hwy 18 from Waterman through Lake Arrowhead are open with no chains required at this time.   Expect chain requirements to come into effect with increased snowfall accumulations.  All vehicles must always carry chains when traveling to the mountains during winter months.
