The roads to Big Bear are open. Hwy 38 through Redlands, Hwy 18 through Lucerne, and Hwy 18 from Waterman through Lake Arrowhead  are open and clear. Hwy 330 will be open Monday through Friday to 1-way commuter traffic for limited hours: Downbound is open 6am to 8am and Upbound is open 4pm to 6pm per Cal Trans.  All vehicles must always carry chains when traveling to the mountains during winter months.
