Progressive Style

Between the Red Bull Plaza and the mayhem of the Analog Design Unlikely Feature contest, Bear Mountain may seem like a place for pro’s or advanced riders only. But after a closer look you will find that we are designed for progression from all skill levels. As you move up in difficulty of runs, you will notice your options for features advance as well. Chair 6, our beginner chair, has all sorts of features specifically made for those in the beginner area. As you advance to Chairs 2 and 5 you will notice that the features progress to beginner/intermediate skill level requirements. Once you have conquered these head over to Chair 9 which has beginner and expert features as well as everything in between! With over 50% of our features falling under the beginner or intermediate range, our park is loaded with skill builders and confidence boosters!

If you’re ready for bigger features but not quite sure how to get there, check out Freestyle Camp at the Park. This all-day lesson is taught by professional coaches and designed to help to meet your specific terrain park goals. Find more info on Freestyle Camp HERE.

The forecast for today and tomorrow is sunny and a little warmer. We have machine groomed packed powder and all roads are open with no chains required. With such great conditions, now’s the time to come up and progress with us as we continue to build The Peoples Park!
