It’s That Time Again, A New SITP Is Here!

A new Sunday In The Park has arrived. Once again, the park dudes are killinnnn’ it. Shout out to some of the local guys, Bob Abrams and Wilkyboi aka Brett Wilkinson. Also, Mike Gray, Ryan Rose, Simon Ottosson and Quinn Dubois are somewhat new faces that Sunday In The Park has seen and probably won’t be the last time they’re featured. Winter has Arrived

Better late than never! After a month long warm spell and a snow drought we are back to winter. Roughly two inches of snow layered our slopes Thursday night and cold temps ever since have provided perfect snowmaking conditions. This cool trend is forecasted to last over a week and we will be taking full advantage of it. We plan to make snow at every available opportunity during this cold streak. Yesterday in The Scene was Volcom’s Peanut Butter & Rail Jam. With over 100 competitors and 3 different age and gender groups the riders charged the course leaving everything []

We are staying focused on our park and doing everything possible to keep it fun and diverse! While we are on that note we should give a HUGE shout out to Dan Neilson and his Park Crew, they []

Snowmaking Gods

All hail our snowmaking system and snowmakers! Here’s some midweek news your ears want to hear. Our Snowmaking crew deserves some recognition for all their hard work lately. They’ve been killin’ it with making snow the last few days. This snow drought is not stopping us from making snow and keeping the best snow conditions around. Mother Nature has been quite stingy lately but at least she has been giving us the perfect temperatures and humidity to make snow, which will make awesome conditions this holiday weekend. Not only is Snow Summit bringing back night riding sessions this Friday but they have []

Fun Park Conditions

The Peoples Park is top notch right now with fun features for all abilities. The Hips on Park Run have recently been re-shaped and they are perfect for blasting big airs! The jib lines on Expressway, The Gulch, and Lower Park run are kept fresh all day thanks to Park Crew and the Bottom two jumps are bigger now thanks to some snowmaking Sunday night. Bottom line, our park is ridiculously fun right now! We’ve got several discounts going on this month for not only our own season pass holders but for other mountains as well! Through January 31st we’ve []
