Whether you are a beginner, left your equipment at home or want to try something new, renting at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit is the fastest and easiest way to get on the snow. Our highly trained staff will set you up with the right board or skis for your skiing or riding type and ability. Bear Mountain and Snow Summit rental shops and demo centers carry all the latest name-brand ski and snowboard rental equipment, as well as the latest high-performance gear for skiers and riders including Burton, Rossignol, Salomon, , K2, Lib Tech and Option. For added convenience and piece of mind, Bear Mountain and Snow Summit provide FREE ski and board check areas and tool benches throughout the resorts.

When renting equipment, lift tickets may be purchased in rental shops.
Burton Learn To Ride Equipment
Burton Learn to Ride equipment is available at both resorts and is designed specifically for first- time snowboarders. The snowboards are designed with slightly beveled edges that help reduce them from catching on the snow as traditional snowboards can, this aids in focusing on learning, not on fussing with gear. LTR equipment helps reduce fatigue and makes learning fun and easy.
