Heavy Hitters at Bear Mountain

It’s going to be another sunny day in the People’s Park today. There are a lot of really good riders out there this week. Yesterday we had Heiskari, Alito, Bradshaw, Kuzyk, Sexton, and Magoon shredding Park Run. All but Heiskari should be back today, and on Thursday we have Dave Downing and Jussi Oksanen coming up. It’s pretty early for all this action, but we love it; must mean the park is on point… : )

Fresh Snow = Fresh Fun

What a start! We opened up with a TOP to BOTTOM park filled with jibs and jumps, and we were having plenty of fun with that. Now, with this new snow, it seems like we are just getting spoiled. Early season rates are in effect through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend so make reservations today.

The jibs start in upper Powder Bowl with the flat-down rail, and then in the flats, we have a rainbow box, a flat box, and up-down box, and a flat rail with a upward pitch. It’s hard to believe it’s only November 11 and we are already having this much fun. The park []

Add today’s 5 new jibs and 2 new snow features to Park Run for a total of 29 jibs and 12 features to keep you busy all day long. The snow coverage is very good and the depth is 1 to 2 feet. Clear blue skies are forecast again today and the roads are all open and clear so what are you waiting for… let’s do this!
