With temperatures cooling off and smaller crowds during the week the park is holding up nicely! Chair 7 is still open with a few fun skill builder features that are great for beginners. While Chair 1 is laced up with park features for all levels! A little wet weather won’t bother you diehards! Scattered showers are in today’s forecast.

“Today the park was going off! As always the Bear Mtn park staff is killing it, providing tons of sick features including down rails, boxes, hips and and multiple jumps. The fact that it is November and there are this many sick features is definitely hinting at the fact that Bear is gonna go off this season. The Ashbury Demo is back at Bear Mountain! Be here Sunday, April 8th to meet the Ashbury team and check them out as they put on a show in The Scene. The Ashbury team is made up of some of the best rail riders in the world with some of the craziest tricks and smoothest style. Last year, Bear Mountain teamed up with Bear Team skier Craig Coker to produce SoCal’s biggest freeski event. It was a huge success that brought out some of the world’s top skiers to showcase a level of skiing not typical to Bear Mountain. These guys put on quite the show and generated a huge crowd, leaving us no choice but to continue hosting the War or Rails freeski event. Happy Sunday! We got a dusting of snow yesterday and the park is looking good. We’re looking at a high of 42 and partly sunny skies. We have the KCXX crew on the deck with tons of live entertainment.
