It is officially the end of a great season again here at Bear Mountain. Huge thanks to all of our guests and employees for making it all possible. The park was top notch this season and the Red Bull Plaza received some major upgrades that made it a benchmark in street-inspired terrain parks. That is right every body! One week from today Bear Mountain will be packed with some of the worlds top freestyle skiers for the War Of Rails event. A wild and crazy event that hosts some big names with some bigger moves! W.O.R. will be held in the scene March 1-3 and has been a spectator favorite since day 1. Look for your favorite features from Hot Dawgz and Hand Rails including the billboard wall ride and 32-foot long parking structure. Soon GoPros will be integrated into the setup, snapping footy for you to watch after your session. This year’s setup promises to be even bigger and better than before. Our awesome and dedicated staff and Park Crew has been working together around the clock to keep you having fun on the snow! The Park has undergone a few changes with a new feature count of 15 jibs and 8 snow features. Chair 1 is open with a few fun jib lines down Expressway, The Gulch and Lower Park Run. Chair 7 accessing Inspiration run is also open for beginners. Lift tickets are just $35 for Adults, $30 for Young Adults and $15 for groms and you can get them inside the rental shop or Guest Services office. Enjoy!
This morning we have partly sunny skies and it doesn’t look like we’ll get any showers until late this afternoon if at all. After all this is an outdoor sport and we enjoy a little weather.
