The course for the 11th Annual Hot Dawgz & Hand Rails (HDHR) has been designed and the Bear Park Crew is currently finishing up the last of the features. Their location for building all these awesome features, Brownie (which is currently living up to the title of “Feature Factory” from a few years ago park edit), is all decked out with the skeletons of jibs and other almost finished features! Park Crew has out done themselves yet again with a new park that is ridiculously fun. Lower Park run is all new with a double jump line, Pole Jam and set-up jump! This weekend Dos Equis will be bringing an Air Bag here to Bear Mountain. Thanks to a lasting cold front after the snowstorm last Thursday we have been able to make snow around the clock for almost 3 days straight! Our newest Sunday In The Park is out today and is stacked with some heavy bangers! Local boy Jake Schiable gets this episode started right landing some tech tricks in style followed by some clean jump tricks from Denis Leontyev and Kody Williams. Open today is Chair 2 with access to Amusement Park and Lower Easy street. Park Run Face received a good amount of snowmaking this week and now both hips in powder bowl are open! Skip the jibs in the gulch for some air time on Park Run. The Red Bull Plaza has also opened up more features and a smaller jump line was built on lower park run. Today we opened Rip’s Run.
