Park Update!

Wake up to an all new Gambler! Last night Park Staff was out with the heavy machinery re-making the jump Gambler. The night before that they touched up the 3-pack after Gambler so the jumps are really fun right now! Upper Park Run is still stacked with down bars and the new High Cascade Donkey Rail. Central Park is still a beginner to intermediate playground with smoother, easier features. Today’s forecast is sunny. New Features!

Your favorite park underwent some fun new changes this week!  The S-Rail is up on Expressway, The Gulch has a whole new look, and the 2-pack on Lower Park Run is now a 3-pack! All of your favorites are still there, including Tex, the donkey rail and Gambler! You’ll have to be here to check it all out and we know you’ll be stoked. SoCal Sun, Bear Mtn Fun

With our recent cooling trend we were able to make lots of snow! We are fueled  up and loaded with 77 snow features and 66 jibs giving you a total of 143 different possibilities! We like to keep a fresh look here at Bear. Central Park underwent some serious upgrades this last week and you can expect more big changes coming to the rest of the park in the next week!  Sunny skies and mild temps are in the forecast for the rest of the week which means perfect weather to come take some laps in our ridiculously fun park!


New Jump Line!

Today is partly sunny with the high reaching 38 degrees. The forecast looks good for snowmaking overnight and tomorrow. Central Park had some big changes this week and now has a sweet Slopestyle setup for today’s USASA event! The setup will remain after the contest and consists of a road gap next to a 30 foot flat box and then goes into a double jump line with advanced and beginner/intermediate take offs! The Minipipe, Halfpipe, and Superpipe are all open and we have quarterpipes all over Park Run! Between both resorts we have the deepest snow pack, the most open terrain []


Park Update!

If you haven’t been to Bear Mountain in the last few days you are in for some exciting surprises! Park Staff has built things up making what feels like a whole new park! The top rail is set higher and the top jump is shaped nicely. Just below we havethe  long time favorite TEX Rail and the all new High Cascade Donkey Rail. A new Quarter-Hip and a tall Double Barrel Shotgun Rail. The Hot Dog Tube is  after the rollers plus a skate style snowbank above the Dog House that has all sorts of possibilities!
