Expect big changes top-to-bottom throughout the week including a new double jump line on lower Park Run that is already open. Other new features include an up box to tank tap, an all new massive quarterpipe wall, and new jibs everywhere. Basically, the People’s Park is the best it has been all year! Make plans to check out Dos Equis’ Air Bag they have got set up [...]

Winter has Arrived

Yesterday in The Scene was Volcom’s Peanut Butter & Rail Jam. With over 100 competitors and 3 different age and gender groups the riders charged the course leaving everything [...]

14-16 Inches Of Fresh Powder

Yesterday’s storm sat over us all day yesterday and all night long too leaving a total of 14-16 inches of new snow! On top of all of that, we have been making snow around the clock. Both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit expect to open more runs for the weekend and more jibs installations are in the works. Come on up and enjoy the packed powder snow conditions.

Weekend Weather Forecast

There’s plenty of sunshine to go around with partly sunny skies in today’s forecast. There is a chance of light snowfall tonight and tomorrow with several inches in Sunday night’s weather forecast. Snow Summit and Bear Mountain have 7 lifts open this weekend and plenty of jibs and jumps on park run, and wide open groomers at Summit to satisfy everyone. Early season rates are in effect through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend so make reservations today.
