New Features Are Popping Up Everywhere!

If the last two snowfalls weren’t good enough news, we have more good news on the way! Our Park Staff has been working all night, EVERY night, to make sure our mountain is full of jibs and snow features for all of you to enjoy. Our current count is up to 30 jibs and 6 snow features across the mountain. The crew has been building and installing new features daily, so don’t be surprised if that count rises for the weekend (take that as a hint). Opening Day at Bear Mountain is Here!!!

Good Morning! As we get ready to spin the lifts for our Opening Day at Bear Mountain we want to let you know what to expect! This morning you will find Lift 1 and Lift 9 opening at 8:30 am. From the summit you will find skiing and riding to the base area on the Upper Park Run to Expressway to The Gulch to Lower Park Run. Our surface this morning is machine groomed hard pack which will soften quickly as the day rolls out. It is early season so please use caution when riding near trail edges. Check out our []


4″ Fresh Snow

Yesterday’s snowfall totals reach 4 inches and there’s a chance of a couple more inches of new snow in today’s forecast. The packed powder/powder conditions are making for good fun! Bear currently has 50 jibs, 37 snow features, and a standard halfpipe. Skill Builder features are on Amusement Park, Learning Curve, and Easy Street, and there are more park features all over Hidden Valley, Central Park, and Park Run.  Have fun out there and be sure to check out the entire mountain!  For a trail map of open runs click here.  


Happy Veterans Day

In honor of Veterans Day and to show our appreciation we are offering FREE lift tickets TODAY for active duty military, veterans, and retirees with proper I.D.
