Old Man Winter could be making a comeback this week, with some good snowmaking weather and a chance of natural snow. If the forecast holds true, we could have Chair 9 open by this weekend! Track the storm HERE and check our website often for more information. You won’t need reservations if you are coming up midweek, but you can make them for December 15th and later. Purchase your lift tickets at least one day in advance HERE.

Let the weekend festivities begin! Today we have the Neff Beach Bash w/ HYPER CRUSH then tomorrow we have The Ashbury Demo. The snow coverage is very good on most of the runs and there are plenty of park features for all. We’ll be lapping under the SoCal sun and 63 degrees today, and tomorrow the high is 66! Nearly all runs are open through Easter then starting next Monday we expect to operate only Chair 9 through at least April 15th. Snow Summit is also expected to be open through at least the 15th!
Tuesdays at Bear Mountain are the best. Why Tuesdays you ask??? Cause it’s today! Tomorrow, Wednesdays will be the best. ; ) We’re just happy to be shredding and enjoying these great spring conditions. Mother Nature didn’t hook up too many resorts this season, but she gave us a nice “ummph” in late March that has set us up nicely for April. We are sitting on excellent coverage for this time of year, and the you couldn’t ask for a better spring park. It’s another great spring day at Bear Mountain! Today’s forecast is sunny with a high in the 60’s, but don’t let the warm weather scare you away. This weekend will be much cooler with tomorrow’s high in the mid-50’s, and Sunday dropping down to the 40’s. Our excellent coverage and deep snow pack will keep us open well into April. Last weekend’s storm was quite the March Miracle. We received 28-32″ of powder. The sun will be shining the rest of the week and we are looking at a high of 35 degrees today. The cool temps are a plus because they will keep the new snow in its powdery state, so get out here and enjoy the good stuff! Don’t let the sun fool you though, it’s going to be chilly so bundle up!
